How to Manifest Happiness & Success

Believe It or Not, Happiness Is a Choice! As-Is Success. And We Can Consciously Control When We Are Happy And Successful Or Not!

What true happiness is, looks different for everyone. And when we choose happiness, we also choose success - and vice versa. They nearly always go hand in hand. So for you, it may be being at peace with who we are or having good, unconditional relationships. Maybe it's having a specific job, being wealthy, or living a particular lifestyle. Possibly the freedom to pursue our deepest dreams or just waking up every morning feeling accomplished.

What we need to understand is that manifesting happiness and success is not only for others (even though there are days when it might seem that way). Nor is it something we need to wait until the future to have. This is how happiness happens:

Happiness and success come from within. From your Creator Mind. From our ability to manifest and attract the life and circumstances we want. Using our Creator Mind, powered by the Law of Attraction, we can start experiencing true happiness today! We will probably need to change our habits. We may need to change the way we think. And we will have to tap into our Creator Mind.

Happiness & Success: Where Does It Come From?

Some people in life just seem to be happy while others are not! A few other people try to be happy, and another lot have completely given up. Then there are those people who are just living examples of happiness or unhappiness personified.

I guess we may wonder if there is something that those people who “are just happy” know that we don’t? Is there a secret of happiness - things they are doing that we aren’t? And I suppose we wonder if it's possible for us to be happy and successful like all those others. lot of scientific research has been done into how to be happy and what happiness even means. In my quest to truly discover how to manifest happiness, I investigated all sources. Fortunately, I found that there are things that happy people do that the rest of us are not doing - things that we can also start doing and, BOOM, WE can start manifesting happiness and success too! And even if we feel the world is a horrible dark place, and we are stuck in a terrible place, I can confirm that happiness can be found in the darkest of times!

What I discuss in this article will help us creating long-term happiness in our life. But, in the meant time, there are also a few basic daily habits that will help us feel happy in the short term.

I have prepared a really quick checklist for us of 12 Things we can do every day to get the happy chemicals pumping through our body. They are simple but have proven to make a big difference.

  1. Choose to be happy.
  2. Live in gratitude.
  3. Say thank you.
  4. Give back.
  5. Smile more.
  6. Give hugs.
  7. Get your groove on.
  8. Be expressive.
  9. Be confident.
  10. Get physical.
  11. Eat healthy foods.
  12. Live your best life.

Two Things That Happy People Do

I got two things, in particular, that seem to be the primary sources of manifesting long-lasting, self-created happiness.

It means learning how to manifest happiness is not difficult, we simply need to master these two steps.

But take note that nothing in life comes without effort. Agree with ourselves right now that we will put in the effort to learn and master these two steps. The results will be more than worth the effort!

Let me start by giving you a clue: Asking ourselves "Why am I not happy?" or even just dwelling on the idea of “ I no longer want to be unhappy” is the wrong move! Our focus is in the wrong place and will keep us in an unhappy state. If we want to know how to be happy, then even the way we phrase that question to ourselves needs to change, because it will make a huge difference.

Yes, happiness is a choice, but we need to know HOW to make that choice.

When I started researching how to be happy and specifically manifesting happiness and success for myself, I concluded that it must have a lot to do with personal circumstances. That makes sense since someone who has a good job will be happier than someone who does not, for example, Someone with all their limbs will be happier than someone missing limbs. People from stable homes will be happier than those from broken homes. Etc... So it seems that all I needed to do was find a way to manipulate my circumstances. And miserable people - those same people asking: "why am I not happy" are often the ones who appear to have everything going for them. Many of those who have everything seem to be among the unhappiest people.

Scientists who study Happiness have discovered that only 10% of our happiness manifests from our circumstances.
